Operator either hangs up or forwards calls straight to voicemail or sends you back to the main call screen where you have to put in an extension because the operators extension is no longer available.
My kids have attended UTS for about 2 years already. I must say they have improved a lot and the amount of care given to them is amazing. My kids team always go far and beyond couldn’t be happier with them.

Please let me preface my review- the reviews before me are 5 star reviews because if you leave a review you get a gift card with the company as an employee. Great place to send your kids as it’s clean, great toys and materials. The staff love the kids and they are very looked after here. I’d trust this place as a parent. I wouldn’t work here though.
