Quit ripping people off and handle business properly. Actually cancel memberships when requested and not continue to charge people. Train employees how to cancel memberships and how to properly charge accounts.

I signed up for all access spray and beds this is the third time I wanted to spray and it was down, so frustrating because I called as was told it was working and again it’s not. Meanwhile I am wasting my money and they do nothing to credit me. The management is absolutely awful I was a manager of a tanning salon and hallmark and the way things are handled is so unprofessional
Recommendedstaff is very polite and informative. beds are clean! tanning makes me feel beautiful and it helps my achy bones! lol
Amazing beds, even though the prices are on the high side, they always have really good deals going on! Only thing I don't like is there billing situation & that you can't use cash, other than that I love everything else! Lotions are cheaper than other salons & always have sales for them!
