Came to get my hair done last Friday 10/9 Kim rushed through the process my hair is not ombre and dye is STILL washing out almost a week later, she refused to refund me any money and hung up the phone on me. If your going to conduct a business DO IT RIGHT!!!!
Kim is a wonderful colorist! She gives me the best foil highlights I've ever had - at the most reasonable price! Kim's haircuts are also the best. And I really appreciate the convenience of being able to make a 'same day' appointment rather than booking weeks ahead, as at other salons in the past that have not given me such consistent good results and charge a lot more. Thank you, Kim! You are an artist.
