We rented through unlimited property solutions for 2 years and later we buyed a house and moved , in the meantime of house buying process we were not sure we will get the house so we sign a another lease thinking the rules is same like in the apartment if we move we need to pay extra for next coming month and later we got the house and we talked with them about the moving process and they charged $4000 with us saying we signed the lease and did not inform them and that’s their rule .

I want to make other women aware of my experience here. During a property viewing, the owner’s comments and behavior toward me were inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Lee made suggestive comments and engaged in a conduct that was very disrespectful. This is not the kind of environment I expect from a professional business, and I would caution others, especially women before using this company.

With a second home in Wilmington, until I relocated permanently, it was imperative that I have reliable help checking up on the property. Eva and her team visited my property each month and provided thorough videos that let me see that everything was being taken care of. Having their eyes on my home gave me a sense of comfort. I would recommend them to other property owners.

Mrs. Eva is the best, she is so pleasant when speaking with you and she does not make you feel bad or threaten you when you ask her questions or have concerns. Mrs. Eva is definitely valuable to the company. Please make sure you all keep her because she's definitely valuable employee. I'm sure she's keeping alot of customer's for sure. May God continue to bless her!
