With a second home in Wilmington, until I relocated permanently, it was imperative that I have reliable help checking up on the property. Eva and her team visited my property each month and provided thorough videos that let me see that everything was being taken care of. Having their eyes on my home gave me a sense of comfort. I would recommend them to other property owners.
Mrs. Eva is the best, she is so pleasant when speaking with you and she does not make you feel bad or threaten you when you ask her questions or have concerns. Mrs. Eva is definitely valuable to the company. Please make sure you all keep her because she's definitely valuable employee. I'm sure she's keeping alot of customer's for sure. Although I’ve been in wisteria park for 3 years and renting. The place was in a good area in the town of Leland. Can’t say it’s quiet. Constantly hearing the train blowing the horn at different times of the day/night. On top of it gun shots across the stress, reckless driving.. bikes/cars/atv etc just reving it which was annoyingly loud. Not to much they could do there or cops I had to mention that.
