We were scheduled for service through a home warranty company (paid service fee in advance of repair - that's how they work) and UPP said they called me 8 times as no one was answering the door. My phone showed one missed call that I immediately called back only to be told that I was a basically a liar. He did not use that term specifically, but continued to tell the story that he did call numerous times. They were fast and the work was good. Not having a washer and dryer with 3 boys for longer then a week is the worst, but they got it all fixed in less then 3 work days!

Thanking the UPP team Casey and David for helping address the broken water heater situation at home which was causing basement flooding. I was given an appointment for later week due to availability issues but when I requested an earlier appointment due to an unexpected medical event, Casey helped with arranging an appointment the very next day. David was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the workings of the new water heater system. I give them 5 stars and would definitely recommend them. Thanks

This company was assigned as a contractor to work on garbage disposal, they called me to schedule an appointment and the guy over the phone was really unprofessional and rude, telling me that I need to take off from work in order for them to provide their services, I asked them politely to give me 1-2 hr. window so I can be home that time, and he keep repeating that it doesn't work like that and you have to take off from your work and saying that they don't schedule people after 1pm.
