These are excellent apartments—I recommend them to everyone. Everything is new, and the renovation is top-notch. The office responds to issues immediately, even on weekends, which was a pleasant surprise.

Apartment not cleaned upon arrival. Appliances had to be replaced because they hadn’t been in the “renovated” apartment. Poor communication. Grounds/grass dirty with litter. Buildings in serious need of upgrade and cleaning. Not enough covered parking. Lost packages.
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. Maintenance staff have been argumentative and have not followed the instructions outlined in submitted work orders. Instead of taking accountability, office staff have shifted blame onto residents with comments such as, “It’s frustrating when roommates don’t communicate,” without fully understanding what may be happening within a resident’s home.
