Well my first appointment was good. The next I waited 2 hours after my appointment time. When WCB turned down my case, I booked an appointment with the doctor and I never felt more rejected in my life. My understanding is that if WCB don’t help me, neither does the doctor. Waste of time and 2 hour trip to drive there. Never again. I don’t ever know what happened to doctors having compassion.

Would highly avoid this clinic at all costs, rude and inexperienced front desk staff make this clinic an unenjoyable experience, clinic manager rarely follows up on issues, and doctors do not listen to their patients on ohs issues, judging by some of the other negative reviews this isn’t the first time this has happened. You’ve been warned stay away, clinic deserves a -5 rating
This review is ONLY about Dr. Ferenczi. I’ve had difficult experiences with other doctors—feeling dismissed, rushed, not fully hear, and have gone through a lot of medical trauma. They actually close 20 mins before 5 :)) Update: no one is answering the phone call when i called them to make sure they are open, now I see that they canceled my schedule for no reason and didn't even tell me before canceling it. This is frustrating, why? Cause i need to follow up my information that i gave them to make sure they submitted my files to transport canada as they told me they will.
