I don’t recommend going to this clinic. My girlfriend had a family doctor at this clinic, but her doctor has retired. My girlfriend is pregnant and got turned away one day after she waited already 2 hours, she was told to come next day in the morning and had to wait another 3 hours. She wasn’t given a family doctor or can’t book appointments even though she is pregnant and is expected to come to each check-up as a walkin.

Impossible to book anything or get in contact with anyone because they don’t answer the phone. Multiple times I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes and just had to give up. Additionally reception staff are quite rude. Edit: Once again - shocked at how rude and unhelpful front desk staff are. I called and specifically asked if they are accepting walk in patients all day, they tell me yes. Best OIS and WCB injury management team in Edmonton. Never had to wait more than 30 min for a walk in. They have all the serviced you need in one building. They also provide onsite testing.

I walked in soon after opening on a Friday and was able to see a doctor within minutes. The doctor was able to complete his assessment quickly and I was on my way. Highly recommended.

Well my first appointment was good. The next I waited 2 hours after my appointment time. When WCB turned down my case, I booked an appointment with the doctor and I never felt more rejected in my life. My understanding is that if WCB don’t help me, neither does the doctor. Waste of time and 2 hour trip to drive there. Never again. I don’t ever know what happened to doctors having compassion.
