I’m sure the service here is great, but whoever they have answering the phone is very unprofessional. I called to see if they could help with a replacement AC unit. They said no because another firm had already taken a look at it. That’s totally fine! But you don’t need to be aggressive and condescending - I'm just trying to hire someone and get help.
