I have been a customer of your lawn service for 3 years. However, my experience this season has been extremely disappointing. Terrible service. After five years of paying Unlimited and still having weed problems, I called over a month ago asking for someone to come out and actually analyze my yard. I was told a manager would call me back—never happened. Their last visit lasted under 10 minutes, half the yard was skipped, the backyard wasn’t sprayed, and the weeds are still everywhere. After years of excuses, this company is lazy, unreliable, and a total waste of money.

some of the worst service i have ever encountered. a technician showed up to my home once a week throughout july, i have a little over a acre and every single time the technician would walk around my property, and treat nothing. they always tried to come very early in the morning - hoping i would not notice. when i asked to speak to a manager to remedy the situation they told me every single time "he is in the field and he will call me back." my lawn has now become riddled with weeds, brown and bare spots from not being trea... read more

Have used them for about 2 years and not happy with their service. My experience has been that they are not careful and look at the are lawn area properly and just spray the application very quickly and are on their way to the next job. My lawn has gotten worse that how it was. Will try another provider or just do it myself.

I want to give a big thank you to Jaquan, the technician who came out to do my yard. He did both the front and back, and everything looks absolutely perfect. I haven’t seen my lawn look this good in a long time! As someone older and using my brother’s account to write this, I really appreciate the care and effort he put in. Jaquan was professional, polite, and clearly takes pride in his work. Unlimited Lawn Care is lucky to have him!
