I have been a customer of your lawn service for 3 years. However, my experience this season has been extremely disappointing. some of the worst service i have ever encountered. a technician showed up to my home once a week throughout july, i have a little over a acre and every single time the technician would walk around my property, and treat nothing. they always tried to come very early in the morning - hoping i would not notice. when i asked to speak to a manager to remedy the situation they told me every single time "he is in the field and he will call me back." my lawn has now become riddled with weeds, brown and bare spots from not being trea... read more

Terrible service. After five years of paying Unlimited and still having weed problems, I called over a month ago asking for someone to come out and actually analyze my yard. I was told a manager would call me back—never happened. Their last visit lasted under 10 minutes, half the yard was skipped, the backyard wasn’t sprayed, and the weeds are still everywhere. After years of excuses, this company is lazy, unreliable, and a total waste of money.

Lawn care was good before the company sold to the bigger corporation. Had a manager out to evaluate the entire area for treatment. Started paying more but still did not get the coverage we were paying for. Weeds are taking over the yard this year and manager does not return emails or phone calls. Spend your money elsewhere another scam company offering services and not delivering.

I couldn't find less than one star to rate this company. After almost one year with this bad company my lawn is very bad, not green, a lot of weed in my yard. My lawn went from good to worst. They didn’t even give any advice to make the lawn in a good shape. When I called customer service to cancel the service, she said you didn't complain, and you didn't tell us that note.
