So this is Steve Newhausen at 7107 Haddonfield ct Columbus Ga. My house was the one you airaited and destroyed my landscape lighting and front yard sprinkler system. I notified you November 2025 to discontinue service and you still showed up at my house. Then demanded payment. I am having Unlimited Lawn Care Columbus Ga taking care of the lawn treatments of my yard since almost a year and am very pleased with the services provided. The technicians show up in timely manner and take care of everything needed. The pricing compared to others is a huge plus as well. Thanks Robert for all you do. Easy to communicate with.
My husband canceled services and was still charged. They accused him of "hinting" to cancel so didn't cancel the services as he specifically requested. When my husband spoke to "Leslie", she was argumentative and refused to connect my husband to the owner. The customer service within this organization is horrendous. I can't wait to post the recorded call on social media. My husband will be reviewing this company in more depth soon.
I will start with the good. Rod is an awesome technician. He is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He takes the time to do the job right, and my lawn is slowly improving. In fact, if it weren’t for Rod‘s effort, I would already have stopped my service. That leads me to the not so good. Communication from the main office is a huge issue. The salesman who came to the door were so polite and helpful, the young man who sprayed the yard was spotty at best, the customer service agents were hit or miss. I had to call and email multiple times but a manager never returned my calls or emails. My lawn is the worst one in the cul-de-sac now, almost completely brown. I am so embarrassed by the way it looks, now I have to spend a great deal more money to get the grass and soil healthy again.
