I will start with the good. Rod is an awesome technician. He is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He takes the time to do the job right, and my lawn is slowly improving. In fact, if it weren’t for Rod‘s effort, I would already have stopped my service. That leads me to the not so good. Communication from the main office is a huge issue. Rod has been our service tech the past few visits and he’s very knowledgeable and gave some great pointers. My grass is really getting the dark green look that I’ve been looking for. Hope he gets to continue servicing my lawn
Worst company I have used thus far. Completely disorganized, no communication and just looking for a buck. Try any other provider!!! Update they charge you even when they fail to provide services. Robert is a terrible manager! They need to be investigated for charging for services not rendered. Wrong mix, wrong dates, no communication. I will follow up again when its final.
The salesman who came to the door were so polite and helpful, the young man who sprayed the yard was spotty at best, the customer service agents were hit or miss. I had to call and email multiple times but a manager never returned my calls or emails. My lawn is the worst one in the cul-de-sac now, almost completely brown. I am so embarrassed by the way it looks, now I have to spend a great deal more money to get the grass and soil healthy again.
