2 July 2026. Technician: Ronnie L. Spence applied the Mid-Summer Fertilizer/Weed Control to help strengthen turf, improve color, and control actively growing weeds. This treatment included a liquid nitrogen fertilizer for seasonal growth and green- up, supplemental iron for enhanced turf color, broadleaf weed control, and a surfactant to improve treatment coverage and effectiveness. weed control, and a surfactant to improve treatment coverage and effectiveness. So this is Steve Newhausen at 7107 Haddonfield ct Columbus Ga. My house was the one you airaited and destroyed my landscape lighting and front yard sprinkler system. I notified you November 2025 to discontinue service and you still showed up at my house. Then demanded payment. Prepare to be served I am filing a lawsuit tomorrow This company serviced my lawn for about 8 months. At one point it looked worse then before they began. I am having Unlimited Lawn Care Columbus Ga taking care of the lawn treatments of my yard since almost a year and am very pleased with the services provided. The technicians show up in timely manner and take care of everything needed. The pricing compared to others is a huge plus as well. Thanks Robert for all you do. Easy to communicate with.

My husband canceled services and was still charged. They accused him of "hinting" to cancel so didn't cancel the services as he specifically requested. When my husband spoke to "Leslie", she was argumentative and refused to connect my husband to the owner. The customer service within this organization is horrendous. I can't wait to post the recorded call on social media. My husband will be reviewing this company in more depth soon.

I will start with the good. Rod is an awesome technician. He is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He takes the time to do the job right, and my lawn is slowly improving. In fact, if it weren’t for Rod‘s effort, I would already have stopped my service. That leads me to the not so good. Communication from the main office is a huge issue. I have a dog that has access to my backyard during the day while I am at work.
