Beware of this company. They double charged my account for months. When I could actually get someone on the phone, they'd pass me off and I'd never get a return call. One representative told me "once we have your card, we can charge you whatever we want". I was finally able to cancel. The company is creating charges that I didn't agree to and have been unwilling to produce a contract or agreement that I signed agreeing to extra charges. Do not use this company.
This is my last time dealing with unlimited lawn care! The burned my front lawn with liquid fertilizer !! Very unacceptable and frustrating!! I have been with them for over a year with very spotty service from them. On top of that they do not clear the weeds in my back yard when they are clearly visible! Coming at the most inconvenient times in the morning on the weekends as well. I do my part to ensure my lawn is taken care of. Unlimited Lawn Care has never failed my family in great customer service, however my interaction with Andrew went above and beyond leaving us both with a healthy laugh to carry on into our days. Unlimited came out for Mosquito spray, did there thing and unfortunately rain happened. Guess what they came back few days later re-sprayed no question asked. A+ service.
Donnie visited my home today for lawn care service. I have recently seen some weeds and so I raised the concern. Donnie patiently walked the years with me to see what was going on. He told me the reasons and said he will take care of it. He also suggested best practice for watering and applying lawn sand to treat balding areas. Excellent job!
