Our technician, Liam McGregor, could not have been more gracious in answering questions and explaining the service we received when he came last week. I previously asked Unlimited to treat our El Toro Zoysia twice with fungicide, once in early spring and again in the summer. This is my last time dealing with unlimited lawn care! The burned my front lawn with liquid fertilizer !! Very unacceptable and frustrating!! I have been with them for over a year with very spotty service from them. On top of that they do not clear the weeds in my back yard when they are clearly visible! Coming at the most inconvenient times in the morning on the weekends as well. I do my part to ensure my lawn is taken care of. I have used Unlimited Lawn care for years, they have ALWAYS been reliable and great at what they do. The technician Liam Mccrea should be the spokesperson for your company, he is super knowledgeable, friendly and always makes time to explain the services performed. Can't say a bad thing about Liam! Keep up the great work and I will continue to be a great customer!

Beware of this company. They double charged my account for months. When I could actually get someone on the phone, they'd pass me off and I'd never get a return call. One representative told me "once we have your card, we can charge you whatever we want". I was finally able to cancel. The company is creating charges that I didn't agree to and have been unwilling to produce a contract or agreement that I signed agreeing to extra charges. Do not use this company.

Trey Walker exceptionally represented Unlimited Lawn Care today. Very patiently and efficiently, he explained what was occurring with our yard. I tremendously appreciate his knowledge of the service provided and his willingness to ensure my understanding of it. Absolutely superb!!
