I hired Unlimted Construction & Remodeling, Inc. for an ADU garage conversion. Rafi, Shami and their team did a fantastic job. They took care of getting all the permits and communicating with the inspectors. I would definitely recommend!
We highly recommend Unlimited Construction & Remodeling. From the very beginning, Rafi and Shamy listened to our ideas and developed a plan to remodel specific areas of our 1950s home, including adding an ADU in the detached garage space. I am a returning customer. After finding some black mold and water damage in our bathroom, we decided it was time to renovate. During the initial walkthrough/estimate we ended up adding some additional renovations. We decided to remodel 2 bathrooms, a bedroom closet, laundry closet, and had the door to our attic moved for easier access.
