They did an amazing job! Their staff was great, lots of communication, I was sent multiple updates. Their work was outstanding.
Stay away from this shop. Zero communication, my motorhome sat at the shop for 7 months. Never received updates. I had to be the one to initiate the communication, the service advisor had no clue what he was doing. He finally quit because he was overwhelmed. Feel like they take on business when they already have too much. GEICO needs to drop them from their preferred list. Plenty of other shops to choose from.
I chose this location as one of Geico's preferred vendors after a tree fell on my car and scratched it all up. The staff was super friendly and incredibly prompt with their service. The person who was in charge of my repairs, Scott Amrine, was absolutely wonderful. He made sure to send me updates throughout the whole process, which was only about 3 and a half days, to let me know what stage they were in with my car.
