Our beloved airstream was sideswiped by a rogue 18 wheeled that drifted into our lane, then fleeing the scene. Almost totaled, but thanks to the wonderful crew at Unlimited she perfectly restored (and then some).

I purchase a repair part for the back of my Prius (the plastic thing under the trunk). I was supposed to get it replaced today at 3. Upon arrival, I was told I couldn't wait their because the staff was sick, so I walked to the nearest Starbucks. An hour later, I got a call telling me that the replacement part was damage, and that they would order a new one. I would expect them to ensure the part is the right part BEFORE working on the car.
