As one person already put this if I could give less than one star I would. This agency is backwards. Nobody talks to each other. Nobody knows what’s going on. Nobody knows the process after a year. I’m still dealing with ensuring that my patient is taking care of as her power of attorney. The agency has given me nothing but angst for a whole year regarding my patient Medicaid insurance. Run and Run Fast!! please do not acquire services from this agency. The staff/aides are nice but lack experience for complex patients who are bedridden or require high level care. At times my also elderly aunt had no choice to assist the aides in care. I know how difficult this job is and we are appreciative however I went to work always worrying. Aides travel from long distances making it more difficult to find a replacement whenever we had a call out or they find more adequate or less intense work. After covid they had a s... read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I am not a one to write reviews but unfortunately found it absolutely necessary to help another family or should I say relieve them from the bad experience my and my family have had to endure. My family member has been with this agency for SEVERAL years and has yet to get a consistent care. They have inadequate staffing and utilize other agencies for staffing which are more knowledgeable and trained than some of the aides that have come to our home.
