The management team at this agency goes above and beyond to make sure that the client and the attendant needs are met. It is a very pleasant company to work for and Ms.Monique is a great asset to the company.
During the pandemic, I had gotten Covid. I called the office and texted the assistant to tell them what was going on, about a week later I got fired. Monique and the assistant at the time told me not to return since I hadn’t said anything to them. When I had text message receipts saying otherwise. After that fiasco they asked me to return to continue working for them. The company is unorganized and unprofessional.
