better notifications on treatment sheets and better customer service. integrity would help too.
Short Version: They killed my yard with treatments that were supposed to make it lush and green and then tried to charge me $400 to fix the issue they caused in the first place. I am a reasonable human being. Unlimited LTM - BUFORD location, Palmero Ct.: Had terrible weeds for most of summer, my neighbors yards didn't have this. I watched them a few times, the service man ran thru my yard in a few minutes, didn't even cover it all. (I watched & my neighbor saw too). Unlimited Lawn Care - I have been a customer close to an year. I had a negative experience talking to the customer service when I called to report about how bad a job was done for the past several months even though I pay the payments without fail. Prompted by that experience, I had left a voicemail for Mr. Scott Whitehead, the CEO of this company. Its been more than a week now. Never got a call back. This seems to be the topdown culture how this company treats its customers. Shame on such bad behavior.
