Best place to bring your dog – As a longtime customer I must say the place is the best! after getting butchered at petco i brought my golden retriever in to avail myself of the self serve wash- what a treat! why use my bath at home when I can use the spotless tub at unleashed? all the stuff is included- shampoo, towels, brushes- even a waterproof apron when he inevitably shakes off the water. GREAT PET SPA AND STORE!!! – I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE UNLEASHED PET SPA!!! What an amazing place to take my dog! I got my dog groomed there about three times and he looked great! He smelled great!!! The neighborhood needed a wonderful family owned place like this to take our dogs and cats. THe store is clean and decorated very nicely. And the clothes they offer for dogs are very cute and affordable! THis is a great place to get your dog groomed - I will continue to come back again and again!!
BEST PET SPA – Unleashed is by far my favorite pet spa in the city. I get my small yorkie groomed there and he always looks great! the prices are reasonable and the store is packed with adorable t-shirts and sweaters. Every time we stop in, whether it is for a grooming or just a nail clip or just to browse, we are always treated like we are family by the owner which is a great feeling in a city as large as New York.
The Groomer !! – The Groomer at Unleashedspa is very good. She has the best hands to groom your dog. She is good and nice groomer not like the owner very mean . If the groomer leaves from there us the custermers are going leave after her we going to follow her anywhereshe goes because she's very good atdoing her job
Fake people – Unleashedspa have very good servises for your dog. The store is very clean and neat you can tell that the owner takes care of her shop.But the only problem is the owner she trys to be so nice that u can tell she's being fake . That's the only problem wit the shop is the owner . I even take my own dog there and I do self-servise grooming to my dog. I recomend for people to go to that shop for they dogs but just be aware of the owner

Best Groomer – My wife and i are Queens residents and travel with our Rottweiler to Unleashed Spa. We cant say enough great things about the place, everything is at your disposal and Kim (owner) is the greatest animal lover we have met in a long time. Great experience at this place, everyone who has a pet needs to try it out. I love the feeling of she's not just in this for the money. I will continue at Unleashed Spa probably for as long as my dog shall live. Thanx Again L & F
Best Buddy Wash Ever – The place is great: the self service is a great idea (especially for my dog who doesn't deal well with strangers) and the staff are really friendly and professional. Add in the cute decor and it's a winner. Will definitely be back!
Awesome! – This place is awesome. We used the self dog grooming part of this place and we will never wash our dog in a bathtub at home! This place is cheap and very very clean! We got everything explained to us and the owner even offered us help! There was a large selection of shampoos, (even a coat conditioner), adjustable water temperature, awesome grooming bathtub with a ramp (easy access for a big dog!), grooming hair dryer worked so fast I couldn't believe it!
