This is hands down the best gym in Thunder Bay
Absolutely incredible Gym. Great staff who help you with form and make you work even harder. I remember I used to be on my phone constantly in the gym and when one of the staff members told me to get off of it to improve my workout. he told me he didn't mean it in a disrespectful way he just wanted me to work harder. And it worked. The staff and gym is awesome in almost everyway. They take great care of every room. Would recommend this place if you wanna take the gym seriously and want a good influence around you.
