All of our Instructors are Certified Indoor Cycle Instructors. We also specialize in Hybrid Classes that combine Indoor Cycling and Weight Lifting. Established in 2016. We are a new Cycle Studio, established in 2016. We are a team of three local owners, with experience at the Professional level in Athletics ,and years running a successful Fitness Studio.

I enjoy everything about Unleashed! The owners are personal and energetic. All the classes are high energy and positive!!
Unleashed rides are high energy and challenging! I love the music and lighting paired with motivating and fun instructors. Its always a great workout!!
