Took my pet for a vaccination service. A light physical exam is required and performed by the onsite doc. My dog was crying anxiously when the doctor inserted a thermometer near his ear. The doctor put a note of "Extreme anxiety". This is the first time we ever had this note in the last 7 years. Quite disappointed that the doctor and staff cannot handle the situation onsite and recommended us to a full service vet with oral medication before vaccination to calm down.
