Update: The store contacted me and credited me a complementary bordetella vaccine for my pet. Update my rating to reflect the business is caring for customer experience. Took my pet for a vaccination service. A light physical exam is required and performed by the onsite doc. My dog was crying anxiously when the doctor inserted a thermometer near his ear. The doctor put a note of "Extreme anxiety". This is the first time we ever had this note in the last 7 years. Quite disappointed that the doctor and staff cannot handle the situation onsite and recommended us to a full service vet with oral medication before vaccination to calm down. The store clerk was extremely helpful after I told her Greenies stopped making their grain free version of the dental chews and gave me samples of two other products. Also told me about some of their grain free bill treats, which my picky husky ended up liking.
