Great customer service, our dog loves to visit and we shop and give our pooch a bath.
Living in San Juan Capistrano, I could go to other establishments to bathe Miss E; however, I have not found any other location where I feel as welcomed and comfortable. The store and tub area are always clean and neat, the staff is always friendly, and the price is what I consider fair and reasonable.
This location is one of the most amazing places I have ever been for my dog's goodies! I came in today to buy treats for my workplace since we like to cater to our little furry friends, and I was worried about the cost since I could only afford so much. I told Jackie and Bobbie about what I was doing, and they so graciously donated a bunch of treats to our shop! Terrible experience. Rude staff. Discriminatory practices for the self-wash. I left in tears with a wet dog.
Went in to wash a clients dog, the client paid & left. I was doing my thing & blew a circuit in the self wash area. Had to leave the dog & advise the clerk i never got a waah bucket & blew a circuit. She got sassy. Went back to the wash area & she brings a bucket, i am already almost done drying. Advised her it would have been nice if she would have checked on me & she advised me it was a self wash, among other sassy comments.
