RecommendedThis was first visit, but not my last. Unleashed provided everything I needed to bathe and dry my Abby. The bathing area was clean and easy to complete a great wash and dry.
Love the self dog wash. It's the closest one to me. It's a bit of a drive but well worth it.
Whoever does the ordering there must be new. Over stock of items and under stock of major items * blue cat litter* . On the magic chance they are stocked for a change, your rewards suddenly don't work. Hmmmmmnm. So I've canceled my transaction and go to the Claremont location. 20min later my rewards are suddenly there. GET A BETTER MANAGER
My experience was awesome. Young ladies working yesterday were helpful and sweet.
Elderly neighbor dog got sick. She took her pet to be groomed and when she got home her dog became sick with a fever of 105; she rushed the dog to the hospital and they had to keep the dog overnight. Cost $1300! My neighbor doesn't go anywhere....the only place the dog had gone was Petco....she got sick at the La verne CA location according to my neighbor.. If anyone dog has gotten sick please call 909 568-5986 or notify Petco immediately.

This store is amazing! My daughter takes her puppy here for training. Everyone is so nice that works here. They have such a cute variety of doggy outfits. I wanted to buy them all! Our puppy actually likes wearing clothes. :)
My husband & I visited unleashed today , our basset hound and golden retriever mix needed a bath, it was our second visit and we were just as impressed as the first time!!! This is the spa to take your dog to ...air conditioned , clean and tidy...all you need is your dog , they provide everything!!! We met a gentleman named Rene who was very helpful, polite and courtiouse...he assisted us at the register and walked us over to the bath area ...made sure we were ready to sail!!!
