Petco - I was trying to give them a chance since I am in the area durinf the week but after hitting 3 PETCOs in Alexandria - I finally get to the one with the self wash that closes an hour and a half before the store closes. Petco never fails to completely fail! What a colossal waste of a Sunday afternoon. But I shouldn't be surprised ...lol.
Normally I have a really good experience. Its kind of hit or miss and solely depends on the staff working that day.
Staff is consistently friendly and helpful. They everything I need for my dog and cat and always point out the items I need that are on sale.
Great service, super clean & friendly.
