Karsen is a gem and made the passport process so unbelievably painless and expeditious! As long as you come prepared with your forms filled out with correct identifications, she will do her magic - she is super efficient, knowledgeable and so professional. I scheduled 4 appointments for myself and my boys and we were out there within 15 minutes including taking photos - which she lets you re-take if you don't like it. This a true testament of how great Karsen is. Go book your appointment (two weeks out) and thank me later!

I applied for a new passport with 2-3 weeks "expedited" on July 30. Today, August 18, I received both my passport and passport card! Great work and thank you for being there for me!
