I applied for a new passport with 2-3 weeks "expedited" on July 30. Today, August 18, I received both my passport and passport card! Great work and thank you for being there for me!
Love that you can schedule the appts online & it lists everything you need including prices & what documents to bring. Probably took 5 min at the actual appt! Didn’t catch the girl that helped me but she was so sweet & made the process so smooth & easy!

Like other people leaving reviews on here, I was so nervous to bring in my paperwork and get this done. The person working there could not have been more patient, kind, and clear on her instructions and what to expect. She took me in 30 minutes early and I was done and back home before my scheduled appointment time. Could not recommend higher.
