Like other people leaving reviews on here, I was so nervous to bring in my paperwork and get this done. The person working there could not have been more patient, kind, and clear on her instructions and what to expect. She took me in 30 minutes early and I was done and back home before my scheduled appointment time. Could not recommend higher.
They couldn't have made it any easier! I love that you have to have an appointment and everything is spelled out very clearly on the website. I got in before my appointment time and was out of there in 3 minutes. The representative who helped me was courteous, friendly, and explained everything very well. This is where you want to go. Don't go to the post office!
I don’t know why I was scared but I was. The ladies that were servicing the day I was getting my first passport were so kind and patient. I hand over too many pages and then thought I put the wrong date in the check. Al in all it went well. Thank you! The sweet family that was ahead of me was fun to watch too. Very nice experience.
