I don’t know why I was scared but I was. The ladies that were servicing the day I was getting my first passport were so kind and patient. I hand over too many pages and then thought I put the wrong date in the check. Al in all it went well. Thank you! The sweet family that was ahead of me was fun to watch too. Very nice experience.
Absolutely wonderful to work with! Compared to the Omaha USPS office, the UNL Passport office was simple, proficient, and Karsen was wonderful helping our kids get their passports. Definitely worth the drive!
We came in flustered with a bunch of little kids and Karsen was very helpful and kind to our kids. She really made it as enjoyable as possible and got them crayons and paper to color with. Additionally, she was professional and walked us through the whole process
I was in and out in no time. Brooke was super friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience!
The UNL Passport Center is one of the most efficient, customer service oriented office. Family has applied for five different passports. The staff make the experience swift and easy. You don't have to be a University student or employee to use them.
