Went in for a door handle recall and a software update 3 months ago, door handle part needed to be ordered still no word from them, then they say it was no software update when I have the update number and notice for my car. Ridiculous. I need another dealer. Might have to drive a bit to find a good one.
The check ingine light came on 1 week after I brought the car. I asked could I get a different car and they said no. I got the car September 2021 and it has been in the shop twice. Bad business and service.
We needed an oil change and didn't have an appointment but they serviced the car anyway. The service was fast and efficient! The staff was very friendly and courteous. The price was right as well! We will return! Excellent customer service!
