An amazing experience at univest ! At first I was hesitant but a young woman by the name of Asmaa walked me and my mother through everything. You will definitely have a life long customer after this.

This isn’t for the people in the bank they are really nice but this bank as a whole made me want to close out my account but I know they just sent my check here and I have to wait

I like to be thorough with my stuff, and they don't mind spending additional time with me going over every detail. What I like the most is how customer-service oriented they are. I can have $1k or $100k in the bank and they'll treat me with the same respect, same attention, and same dedication. They definitely lead with a commitment to service.
