We have been using Univest Bank for as long as it has been in existence in our area. The staff knows us, they treat us with such kindness and we have never had any of the usual banking problems so many of the big banks are purported to give small business owners.
Lady with dreads and glasses is poor at customer service, and don’t know how to count money she blames me for rushing her because I have to take the bus but , she had plenty of time to count correctly
Had some fraudulent activity on my account. The staff (Alysia) handled it quickly and effectively!
