What can I say. This is my bank. They take care of my accounts. What is different about this bank is they are about the people. I don't feel like an account number. I'd like to tip my hat to Kelly, Micaela, and Clarence. All top notch and well worth promotions and raised . . . These three go above and beyond.
Alec and Clarence were so welcoming, friendly, and personable and helped me sort everything out straight away. I had not been to this Univest location until today, but I will make sure to go to this one for all future banking needs! I don’t ever write reviews, but I felt that these two guys deserve a shoutout for their friendly and professional manner!

This must be a training branch. There are different people working there every week. No parking lot or drive thru takes off 2 stars, otherwise no problems.
