onitor all issues arising she then told me she could not waive my rent for the month but then told me I could vacate premises giving a thirty days notice to vacate with no penalties or fines and I would receive all my deposit 1,785.00 worth so I turned in my notice with our agreement and now am closing on a house in Oct during witch that manager is no longer here and the new manger called me today and said she can't honor the old manger agreement and says I will have penaltys and fines of early breakage cause there is nothin... read more
