Not a great place to go for service I took my car (VW Jetta) here because the check engine light came on. The customer service person called me to tell me I needed to replace the catalytic converter at a cost of $1100, but could not tell me what the cat. converter does or why I needed a new one. I think a business that is asking for that much money should be able to explain the part to you! The person I worked with was not able to answer the questions I asked. I ended up taking my car to Como Imports, which was recommended b... read more

Director of Programs and Services I am always very impressed with the service and the team at Luther Westside Volkswagen. This last time I worked with Rhienhardt and Justin in service, they were both extremely helpful and made my visit a pleasure. It is always an inconvience when you need to bring in your car, but they make it almost a pleasure. I also appreciate all the communication I receive from e-mails and the methods of follow up.

VW owner I have been a VW owner for 30 years. I have owned additional other cars for work over the years, but nothing compares to the quality of a VW, including the body design, the interior design, & the engine. The customer service & the sales people at Westside are ALWAYS on the ball & attentive to my needs.

TERRIBLE!!! Luther Westside is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure working with. I bought a 2012 Routan and 3 days after I noticed the CD player was not functioning correctly. I returned to the dealership to have it examined and they also found the CD player to be defective. They replaced the CD player with the same model and the exact same problem was happening. At this point, they started ignoring me. My calls were ignored and even an extra visit to speak with a manager was a waste of time. I was promised a p... read more

Tami Great experience, especially since I was not too excited about the whole prospect of buying a new car.

BAD place - BAD people - BAD cars This is the worst place from coast to coast I bought a car from. Horrible experience with sales, endless lies and broken promises, they were rude and utterly unprofessional. Service here is the biggest joke. Took the car in with two problems and a week after I picked up the car with the same problems after hundreds of dollars spent. They promised me to pay for the rental car and guess what... why would the keep one promise after everything they lied about. Truly this is the most unprofession... read more

Customers Treated Like Family My son has been to the Herzog-Meier service department twice now in the past year for his Touareg with major problems. Each time the service consultant Nick has worked with my son, he has showed nothing but true professionalism. My son tells me he is the most reliable person you can ever meet, and he treats you like a family member.

The typical sales people Oh boy, these salesmen were just like the ones you hear about that are VERY pushy. I've gone there twice and both times been unhappy with the salesmen. I even told the second one that I was reluctant to come back because of the first one. The service department, however, is incredible. They are very prompt and call at regular intervals to give you an update on the progress of your repairs. My advice; Buy your car somewhere else but have it serviced at Herzog Meier.

Easy, relaxed sales experience The sales experience at Herzog-Meier is outstanding. My sales person was Doug Galloway and I enjoyed his sense of humor and never felt a bit pressured on any decision. I believe Doug genuinely wants the car buying experience to be as relaxed and easy as possible. I also appreciated the time he took to go over features of the car and offered that I could call him personally with any follow up questions. I am enjoying my awesome new XC70!!
