University Volkswagen is WORST EVER! Avoid this place like the plague! 1. They lost my car 2. They told my insurance company things that made my life a living hell, then later said "oops" and recanted that 3. They fixed the wrong part 4. The Service Manager, Philip Spagnoli, was rude and threatening 5. They sent an electrical surge through my car that fried my radio, alarm, and anything electrical. Lovely! For being in the University District (which can be a little sketchy), this VW and Audi dealership and auto service is very nice! They have great service and will provide you with a shuttle if you need to get somewhere while they have your car. I took my car in to fix the paint job because it had been scratched by another car. They were great! They fixed my car in record time and only charged as much as they quoted. I really enjoyed their staff too. They were very helpful!
