Horrible experience! Dr Ellis was great as usual, however there appears to be a disconnect in staff. I ordered my eyeglasses 9/30 and was advised it'd take 2-3 weeks for them to arrive. On the excessive side when comparing to their competitors, however "quality" takes longer. Or so I thought. I was advised they'd call me when the glasses were delivered, as well as my contact lenses. As usual, contacts came in first however I was 5 minutes over their "grace time" so I was refused to be seen. I understood and asked for status ... read more
