I had a deeply disappointing experience with UI Health that left me feeling dismissed and unsupported. I scheduled an IUD removal a month in advance and specifically requested pain management ahead of time. I was told a nurse would contact me before the procedure, but no one ever did. Dr. Randa Hassan is amazing! She was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind during my visit. She really listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I left feeling informed and well taken care of. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and thorough doctor.

Nimisha Jose was not at all helpful. I'm sure the staff are under a lot of pressure to see as many people as possible but that is coming at the cost of quality care for patients. I do not recommend this office or this NP.
Started coming here in February and had the best experience! Its nice when your doctor listens to you and takes your concerns into consideration.
