The doctors are fine, but the receptionists are actually horrible.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Ross for over 5 years and I feel really lucky to have her as my family doctor. She’s kind, attentive, and I’ve always felt listened to and at ease in appointments. She makes you feel really cared for, and I genuinely appreciate her.
This is a review for Dr Chris Hodgson and the University Village Medical Clinic staff: Dr Hodgson is a doctor one dreams of: he is very knowledgable, is a great diagnostician, comes up with treatments that work, thinks outside the box, makes himself available, even to patients he has not seen in a while, shows interest and care and gives the patient his full attention. The reception staff relish in punishing patients. With a shortage of physicians they now think they have the upper hand and the power to dispense pain. One day, and this will happen, there will be a glut of physicians and it's time to lay off the reception staff especially with online booking and AI on hand. Punishing customers? What a asinine concept!
