The reception lady at Allison rd is TERRIBLE, like everyone says here. How rude. I don't understand how she is still working there..... unbelievable.
Wait times for calling are always under 30 seconds, the staff are polite and informative, and availability is good. Scheduling an appointment over phone takes less than 5 minutes total.
I agree with some of the comments regarding the reception staff. At times, they can come across as unfriendly; however, the new booking system has significantly improved the experience, as it reduces the need for direct interaction. Dr. Ross and Dr. Behar are both exceptional physicians. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and have provided me with excellent care over the years. In contrast, I have not had the same positive experience with Dr. Patrick, whom I have found to be less approachable.
This was our first visit accompanying my father, and overall it was a very positive experience. Dr. Luo was very patient and gentle. He carefully went through my father’s medical history and current medications, and clearly explained the follow-up treatment and tests. For an elderly patient with chronic conditions, that level of attention and professionalism really gave our family peace of mind. The front desk staff were also friendly, and the whole process was well organized and smooth.
Paying out of pocket for my mom. Condition is not improved and actually worse. Asked to simply do a referral to specialist, the front desk ask to pay another $200 bucks. And say they have to do work. $200 bucks for moving fingers?… I’m not coming back here. Last time I was here for my stuff, the doc pulled up AI and says AI explain conditions great… Are taxpayers money paying for this medical service that need long booking time (2+ wks), to see doc show you searching conditions with AI, not improving your condition and charg... read more
