I've had a phenomenal experience at University Village Dental. Hiba at the front desk is so kind and easy to talk to, and great at her job. Dr. Margaret Cheung was wonderful; she listened to me thoughtfully and answered all my questions, then provided top-notch dental care. My wait time was 0 minutes, and the office is bright and clean and cheerful. I'm so happy to have found my dream dentist here in Vancouver!
Had a really bad experience with them switching around appointments on me and my family (not once but twice in the space of a couple of days) and then trying to charge me when we realized the rigmarole they created resulted in us being a few days off the 6-month insurance limit for one of the check ups; clearly they care much more about the convenience of their staff than their patients. I initially came to this dental office for a cleaning and general checkup, which went fine. However, my experience with scheduling a follow-up appointment for a filling has been a complete disaster. I booked my appointment at the beginning of December, knowing how busy the month is for everyone. Excellent care and customer service. Everyone is super nice and they go the extra mile to make you comfortable and your needs are met. My teeth never felt better!
