My overall experience at University Village is a 3/5, however if I could solely rate Jadel from the office I would say 5 stars across the board. He has been so helpful, and he has great customer service and communication skills. Jadel is truly the best employee University Village has.
University Village has been the worst living situation I have experienced. The management is inexperienced and unprofessional, the maintenance team does not respond to work orders, the apartments are dirty and many things come broken (washing machine, dryer, ice machine, faucets, etc). I originally signed my lease here because the rent was cheap, and as a college student, I was looking for affordable housing. Toured with Jadale he was great! Property is beautiful and the apartments themselves are a great size.
Yo even though I did not renew my lease, I did enjoy my time coming to the office to talk to Passion. If you ever need any help, be sure to hit her up!
They charge you a lot of money for a place that is not only very unsafe, but cheaply maintained. Someone was killed a block down from us a few weeks ago. And unlike how they advertise online, this isn't a "gated community" if the gate is always open. Anyone can just walk in because they apparently can't afford to maintain the already cheaply built gates despite how much they charge. I know people who pay less on mortgage on nicer private homes than this place charges for these cramped, cheaped out apartments. They also use w... read more
