Nice and Quiet Waterhouse Place is a satisfactory apartment complex that is fairly quiet and clean. They have a walking trail that is a nice addition. The omly complaint here is that it may take sometime to get someone to come look at any repairs you may need. The rent is fair but not spectacular. Most of the balconies are about 10 feet by 3 feet (I'm not exaggerating when I say only 3 feet deep). There isn't room for you to barbeque and put a chair out there too. STAY AWAY These apartments are nice looking but they are over priced and the management for htis place sucks. Our AC was CONSTANTLY going out and theyd do some quick fix and 2 weeks later it was out again. our dishwasher started leaking and it took 3 weeks to get someone to fix it. Once our lease was up it took them 2 months to get us our deposit back and that was only after calling every day
Warning I was at River Oaks for a few months and my best advice is, do yourself a favor and stay away! Metric Properties is a big crook. The lease they have you sign protects them from any legal action you might want to take later. It's about 20 pages long and while the staff will be nice and friendly they are only doing that to take your money. Great Place It's been a great experience! Since the management changed three years ago it's improved leaps and bounds, I've been here the whole time and no issues. I like all the added fun things they do!!!!
Very nice! I really like the location of these apartments. It's a pretty area. The staff is nice. I did have to call the police on our neighbors a couple times for loud parties. The staff did address it with them as well. I would recommend living here.

Renters B E W A R E Be very wary of renting from this company! The cockroaches sleep with you in bed. The "maintaince" "men" are highly incompentent and leave rubbish behind. NOT a safe place to live.
ridiculous it's pretty, to be sure, but you can find plenty of pretty california coast without paying eight dollars and fifty cents to drive on fairly poorly labeled roads through neighborhoods of monstrously huge homes for just glimpses of the coast. the tree is a joke - it's POTTED! the only thing really worth while is the sight of the sea lions off the coast at one of the stops.
tours the seventeen mile drive snakes along the california coast through exclusive neighborhoods, breathtaking views of the ocean and the famous lone cypress. It goes to the pebble beach golf course as well. It's worth the time.
