Very convenient to students who are studying in UMSL. But most of them are families.. Getting Space here for students is very difficult.

This was when I moved out, we spent the entire day cleaning it up, and then a month later we received a letter stating that we were charged $900 for cleaning fees/damage, and the deposit was gone! They even include the dust on the top of refrigerator! I also wiped the inside of the refrigerator very clean, but they require you to make sure there isn't even a speck of dirt on it.
