I hated it here. Mold in the apartment. Made me sick. Made my skin break out. Not a good place to live. They should tear the building down
Had bugs and peeling paint, the shower room was absolutely horrendous. DONT TRUST THE PICTURES
Slum lord. Went months NO hot water. No management communication. Mold and nasty apartments. Wouldn't let my dog stay there. Management is creepy and untrustworthy. Nasty apartments with mold and no hot water. Dark and hidden. Not safe area at night with drugs and bad actors living there
As you can see from other renters layely this is a SLUM LORD. NO HOT water. MOLD! NO communication with management. NO HOT water. Don't move your kids in this slum. I went 3 months with NO hot water while they IGNORED REQUESTS TO FIX. Horrible place for anyone ESPECIALLY KIDS. NO security. Junkies everywhere. Dark at night. Bad nasty DIRTY area. Porch falling in. Mold everywhere. WORST PLACE IN LOGAN! Door Dasher don't even like coming here 🤣
Our maintenance person was kind and fixed the issue but after making a copy of our key just left our front door unlocked after I requested them to please lock it as we wouldn’t be home for several hours after…
