The landlord is absolutely amazing! So sweet and is so good st explaining everything and is so honest! The property is getting re done at this time and i know is gonna look amazing with what she was describing! Definitely recommend!
Cute and friendly place. And the location really is perfect. I sat across from the property manager today and she told me about the upcoming renovations. I'm excited!
Charming place to live! The location is a great perk, literally across the street from USU. Plus the managers are awesome to work with.
This is the worst apartment complex I have lived in. Management sucks at communicating. Moved in and never got a mail key then the manager said we needed to pay 40 dollars in order to get mail key. Monthly rent charge was always different and the balance never added up. Still haven’t received part of my deposit back after trying to contact them for three weeks. Scheduling an appointment for maintenance was a joke, never knew when they were going to stop by they would just show up unannounced and then leave because I had a do... read more
When we moved in, there were bugs everywhere, patchy walls, 5 water leaks, not to mention that my water was ORANGE. After living here a year and fixing up the place (including filtering everywhere that ejected water) with my money, they raised my rent. It would be reasonable if the apartment was in good quality. Not to mention, I had some nasty neighbors. A cheap apartment vomes with cheap neighbors. Lots of people with drugs, DUIs, impoudment, and other stuff. Never entirely felt safe.
