All the faucets on, windows open, AC on, fridge and freeze door left open, flooded floor so it’s peeling off, cabinet doors falling off and a broken window. Just stepped inside.
Neighbors were friendly and welcoming right away. Management helped to answer any questions I had. Smooth move in transition.
Don't move your kids in this slum. I went 3 months with no hot water while they went through 3 managers. Horrible place for anyone's kids.
Good place for the price. Management can be a bit iffy but it sounds like it got worked out. It took a couple months for the appt to have everything set up after moving in that should have been there when I did move in but I was given a credit for this.
