Fantastic and very thorough
Dr. Caesar has been my urologist for many years. Since 2019. He saved my life after a heart attack, and I couldn't urinate when I needed to because of the anesthesia I was given. He found the right catheter in the hospital after none of the nurses could. He's a good man and knows his work.
As always Dr Cesar was very knowledgeable and very personable.
