Husband has been waiting for over a month to start chemo treatment for his bladder. Over a month!!The office doesn’t answer their phones nor calls back. The treatment center states they sent a new order for the doctor to sign off on and hasn’t gotten a reply. Why am I not surprised! This is how one cares and treats patients? My husband is not just a number! Unbelievable!
Husband had to have kidney removed due to a mass. Dr. Whitman was on point. Within 4 days of finding it. He had it out and went home a day later. He made my husband feel priority and eased his mine of first surgery ever. You won’t find a better urologist in Martinsburg. The office is great to work with as well.

The worse Dr. I have ever gone to in my life.
This was the worst doctors office I have ever been to my entire life. I had my surgery from Dr. Whitman, and after the surgery I was experiencing severe pain. The office told me if I was having issues with "Pain Management", to go to the ER. Well I did, and ended up having an infection of the Vas from the surgery. I was told by the ER to contact my doctor after the fact, and the University of Urology told me to go back to the ER if I had any issues. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE CHOOSING THIS DOCTOR.
