Providing a zero on this incompetent operation. My daughter had a parking sticker for her apartment that she is leasing, and they had her car towed rather than put a warning as her sticker was out of date. In trying to work this through with the front office staff, their idea of customer service is to over talk you until you go away. STAY AWAY from this complex as the staff doesn’t care or want to understand about the people living there and paying their salaries.
Can I give a zero? On move out, we requested that someone come and look at our apartment. We were told it was not needed. Then we received a bill for $224. The apartment was in better shape when we left than when we received it. We cleaned everything. We filled all the nail holes with same color wood putty and wiped the walls with a Mr. Clean sponge.
