For college students and first-time renters, this is really a fantastic apartment. Living here for the past year has been wonderful! The management is pleasant and helpful. Le Moyne College is around ten minutes away and Syracuse University is only a few miles away. Many locations in Syracuse's downtown are also close by. The management has never made it difficult for me to contact them and get my questions resolved. All of the neighbors are great and quiet. It has several amenities and is fully furnished. Living here has been amazing! The price is super affordable, especially for college and grad students. The apartments are fully furnished which makes the living that much more affordable! The units are so cute, and an amazing size for a college apartment! The management is super helpful, and very supportive! This area is a great place to live here in Syracuse!
Beautiful and spacious housing for an affordable price. I feel safe walking to and from home but it is always good to be weary of your surroundings and make sure your door is locked. I had an issue with my drawer in my room but the university townhouse staff were quick to solve the problem. They are very responsive and helpful towards their residents. I highly recommend this place!
Beautiful neighborhood and nice cozy homes for a good amount. The people that work here are very helpful and communicative. Would recommend living here!
