It's a great community here. Maintenance is responsive and efficient. Apartment lines A and S have the largest balconies. Studios to three bedrooms so there is a variety. Clean laundry room and basement storage but that's first come first served.
I've heard nothing but good things about this place, the views, the private balconies, the pool, laundry facilities on site, I mean what is not to love, not too mention the location, by my favorite bars and nightclubs and restaurants which remind me how Greenwich Village used to be. I very seriously look forwards to buying a studio, maybe a 1 bedroom once I am retired and ready to downsize hopefully around 2030 or so.
University Towers is close to the main drag with a decent selection of food and entertainment. The complex is well maintained and has a clean and user-friendly laundry room (no washer dryer in the units) and a decently sized swimming pool. 24 hour door man is a big plus.
