If you like cockroaches, this is your place. I have been living at The Venue for five months now and I have dealt with the worst bug problem I've ever seen. I've addressed the issue to the management staff thrice, but nothing has been done because I have a small aquarium. I have also submitted work orders for management to repair my AC unit which rattles as loud as a motorcycle, but again, nothing has been done. It would truly be risk to move in here.
I stayed at the Venue Apartments (formerly University Towers) from 2017-2018 and was extremely pleased with what is being offered for the price. The property managers genuinely care and go out of their way to try and make everything run as smoothly as possible. While the building itself is not without its quirks, it's still a good place for college folks and young adults.

Love it here! Everybody here treats each other like family, and it's a comfortable location. The apts may be a little cozy, but it's your own (utilities included, pet friendly, 24/7 gym, indoor pool, and laundry mat) home.
