Ongoing pest issue in my unit despite multiple treatments—no effective resolution so far. Communication has been slow, and the same approach keeps being repeated without results. A unit transfer was offered, but moving costs were not covered. Additionally, there was a theft incident where car windows were broken and wallets, cards, and cash were stolen, and no meaningful support was provided by management. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Management Staff is good, Residential Manager Mr Mayon helped me a lot in a change in my circumstances to lease the apartment.

I do not feel safe here at all. My car window was smashed and vandalized (photos attached), leaving broken glass all over the inside. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve seen or heard about such incidents in this apartment. Security and safety clearly need serious improvement. Extremely disappointed.
