UPDATE: After speaking with the owner & service manager, it was determined that a defective crank sensor was installed. They replaced it same-day under warranty. ———— I am currently sitting on the side of Hwy 204 with what appears to be a defective fuel pump and/or regulator. After spending over $2,000 to have those parts replaced last week, I shouldn’t be having this issue. After two separate visits, I no longer trust that they are capable of handling simple repairs. Horrible experience... 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Want to thank Paula and her crew, a friends daughter had a flat tire( hit a pothole and knocked a hole in sidewall ), her car was sitting on side of road and we called them, they had a replacement tire and got it mounted in a timely manner on a very last minute request .. Great service !!
Had a rough start to my experience, but Stephen (hope I spelled that right!) understands customer service and definitely made this more than what I expected from the beginning. Thank you, Stephen and University Tire, for taking care of your customers.
