I had a car towed there because the battery went dead and I was not where I could get to it. I asked for a new battery to be installed, nothing more. The towing charge was $85 but the battery was over $400. They added on unauthorized and unnecessary diagnostic fees and inflated the price of the battery. Auto zone would have sold me an equivalent battery for about $100 and install it for free. The people here were rude and inflate their part and labor charges.
