A Few Good Men I was a single woman in this town for over 13 years and was ripped off multiple times until I found CT Auto. Sadly, I was so distrustful of auto mechanics by the time I found them six years ago, that when they tried to tell me that a major belt in my car was going, I wouldn't believe them. CT's Auto are super reasonable technicians. Ok people.Listen. Lived here for ten years. AU grad. Paid more than I should have to several garages around here over the years to get my cars fixed. Some of you may know who these garages are. Doesnt matter. Just don't waste your time and MONEYpaying some of the garages around here that try to milk every dime out of you. 2 b cliche a min. I had a car towed there because the battery went dead and I was not where I could get to it. I asked for a new battery to be installed, nothing more. The towing charge was $85 but the battery was over $400. They added on unauthorized and unnecessary diagnostic fees and inflated the price of the battery. Auto zone would have sold me an equivalent battery for about $100 and install it for free. The people here were rude and inflate their part and labor charges. I will never step foot in this crap hole again. I was called a liar and asked to take pictures of their work not done. Owner told me to never patron the business again. He does not have to worry. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau. I was charged $42.80 for a patch. After tire was flat again in three hours, I asked for a refund. I had to supply pictures to obtain. He then called the next tire center to ascertain if I were a liar. Don’t waste your energy and time on this piece of trash.

You visited our shop on Friday, November 27, 2020 and since we were only one of two shops open that day, our wait times were extremely long. We informed you that it would be a minimum of a two - three hour wait to which you immediately complained about, but you decided to have us perform your service since the other shop had over 3 hours of wait time. If there is less than one star I will give it to them. Very disappointed with the way that treated me. I went there on Thursday asking for inspection since I worked by this car and don’t want to stop . I met Devin who told me my headlight need to be replaced and I asked him to do that. He gave me an estimate then I called my son who said he will replace it. He told me I had to pay because he will not do it for free and he will not give me the form until I replace the headlight.
