The front desk lady is so freaking rude ... Like it's insane how she answers the phone and speaks to ppl. I use to be a patient and planned on coming back but when I did come back they were so rude to the point I'm going back to my other obgyn . THE PPL THAT PICK UP THE PHONES AND WORK THE FRONT DESK NEED TO GET FIRED AND GET A NEW ATTITUDE AND HUMBLES YALLS SELFS.
I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone believe the other comments they are very unprofessional. The have continuously cancelled or rescheduled my appointments.. I had to constantly call for my own results and medical records then had to pay for them .. ridiculous
I set up an appointment with this clinic as i started to experience spotting and small blood clots during my pregnancy (told them what was going on when setting up the appointment). When I got there, I filled out paper work and rhe receptionist called me over to tell me that I was not allowed to attend my appointment and just said that i was going through a miscarriage based off of what I told them I was going through (without me ever getting checked up by them). i told her there was a possibility it could’ve been SCH and th... read more
Love this office. Dr. Qadeer and the staff are wonderful. I had to switch doctors due to insurance change late in my pregnancy at 35 weeks. They were able to take me in and took care of me. I had to be induced early at 38 weeks due to high blood pressure - once it was go time to have my daughter Dr. Qadeer was incredible and motivated me and encouraged me. My doctor is great! However, the office staff are rude!! Especially those who answer the phone and work the front desk. They make me not want to go. So happy I only have to go once a year.
