Nelssie is an outstanding receptionist—extremely empathetic, kind, and professional. She made my appointment process smooth and stress-free. More places should have someone like her. Truly the best!
Quick update, I reached back out after I disputed the charges and the person looking at the dispute is the same person I spoke with over the phone. REALLY!! No wonder this place gets so many complaints for over charging and getting by with it. Now its been sent to collections and I am being harassed daily. I cant believe that's all the steps there is to try and resolve a charge that is wrong. Even the doctor said it was billed wrong. ****DO NOT USE this facility**** The procedure went great, staff was friendly. However, when I received the bill I was charges twice for a upper procedure. I called and let them know and they said it would take 90 days and someone would reach back out. That never happened. Six months later, I received another bill for the same amount. I called and they said they did not show me owing them any money in their system and would check into it. Two month later, I received another bill for same amount. I had surgery two days ago. Every single staff member I encountered went above and beyond. I want to call out my nurse Trish. So helped ease my anxiety and keep me calm. She answered all of my questions and allowed my husband to come back into the room while I was getting prepped. She is truly dedicated to her job and is a the sweetest person. I am not sure who my recovery nurse was because I was very groggy but she was also wonderful! Getting surgery is a scary experience and everyone here went above and beyond to make me f... read more
