The center itself is wonderful. The nurses and front desk staff are all so caring and took great care of me. The problem comes from the 3rd party billing company that they use named Conifer Health Solutions, they have been a total nightmare to deal with. They are trying to bill me for the incorrect amount even after receiving the updated insurance payment and my insurance company calling them on my behalf. Nursing staff was amazing. Very rude administration staff. Billing is beyond the worst and the billing contact has zero professionalism. Full out of pocket and deductible paid to the surgery center. Due to their billing mistake of not putting all codes funds still on hold many months later. Now doctor and anesthesia bill is in collections when out of pocket was paid and being held hostage by the surgical center. Further impacting health treatment from the doctor. An absolutely amazing experience. Our special needs adult son needed to have a procedure that required sedation. The team there contacted us last week to set up the appointment. The nurse i spoke to really listened to me about our son's needs. We got there this morning and were greeted by the most caring team of experts(Angels). They clearly did their homework on his condition. They greeted him with dignity and respect. They were patient and calm with him. It made for a very stress free experience for all of us. I am just now 9 hours post op, I was a patient of Dr. Steehler for a full tonsillectomy w/adenoids also removed, cannot recall the full term he shared too groggy. However, I wanted to leave my review for new patients such as myself or even those preparing for their first upcoming surgery. I did pay out of pocket and I won’t lie and say that it was a hefty price!!
